Bream roasted
Clean and wash the bream. Make several incisions on its outside. In a separate bowl, mix the wine, olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, dill and crushed bay leaf. Pour this marinade over the bream on all sides and put it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Place baking paper in a tray. Arrange the bream on the baking paper and pour a portion of the marinade as desired. Cover with foil and roast it in an oven at 200°C/390°F for 30-40 minutes, then remove the foil and roast for another 10-15 minutes.
