Brown rice boiled

Soak the rice into cold water and wash it a few times until the water is cleared. Boil the bouillon and add the finely chopped vegetables, the rice and the olive oil. Leave it to boil for 20 minutes (with a lid on top). If you want the rice to be creamy, you should skip the step with rice washing and stir it all the time until it is cooked. In this case it might be needed to add more bouillon or water in order to prevent undercooking.
