Buckwheat boiled
Clean the buckwheat and wash it well under running water for a few minutes. You can also soak it up for 15 minutes, after which rinse it off. This will help removing the earthly taste and the light bitterness of the seeds. Put the water in the saucepan in ratio 3 to 1 according to the buckwheat. Then add a pinch of salt. Put it on the hotplate until it boils. Then add the buckwheat and boil it for 15 minutes. Then turn off the hotplate and steam the buckwheat for another 10 minutes.
