Chicken egg white (boiled) & Chicken fillet smoked, 3% fat

Put the eggs into a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Put the saucepan on the hotplate. After the water boils cook them for 8 minutes. Then peel the eggs, cut them and remove the yolks.
