Pasta cooked
Fill a large saucepan with water and salt until the water tastes like seawater. Then put the saucepan on the hob plate. After the water boils add the pasta while stirring slightly to prevent sticking it together. Take into consideration the recommended cooking time on the package. After the pasta is ready percolate it in a strainer while adding cold water in order to cool it. Finally pour on the pasta with olive oil and stir it in order not to stick together.
