Potatoes boiled
Wash the potatoes well. Then put them in an appropriate saucepan and pour cold water into it until the water covers the potatoes. Put a few pinches of salt in the water in order for the potatoes to be evenly cooked. Leave them on the hob until they boil. Then reduce the temperature of the hob plate and leave the potatoes to burble for about 15 minutes. After that pierce the potatoes in the core, using a small knife, in order to check whether they are soft enough. Do this procedure every 5 minutes until the desired softness is achieved. Percolate the potatoes and then peel them while they are still hot. Flavor them according to your personal taste.
