Sweet yellow corn boiled
The sweet yellow corn can be cooked whole and as grains. It is recommended to remove the leafs and the hair, when it is cooked whole. Then put it in a saucepan, cover it with water and close with a plate in order not to emerge over the surface. Boil it for 30 minutes. When the corn is boiled as grains, they must be separated from the cob. Then put them in preheated boiled and salted water and boil the corn grains for 20 minutes.
