Trout roasted

Clean the fish from its viscera and scales, wash it under pouring water and dry it. Make diagonal cuts from both sides of the fish. Flavor on the inside and on the outside with the salt and the red pepper. Leave the fish for 1 hour. Cut the lemon into thin circles. Grease the fish with the olive oil on the outside and put a few lemon circles on the inside. Wrap the trout with parchment paper forming a bed. Roast it in a pre-heated oven at 180°С/360°F for 20-30 minutes until it receives a golden tan.
