Veal heart cooked
Soak the veal heart into water for 2-3 hours. Then wash it well and put it in a saucepan with boiling water together with the allspice, the bay leaf and the vinegar. Boil it for 1 hour and 30 minutes. During the cooking foam will be formed, which is recommended to be removed periodically. Every 30 minutes the water in which the heart is boiled must be changed.
