Turkey wings skinless cooked
Remove the skin from the turkey wings and cut the wings into pieces. Wash them with water, drain them well and put them into a pan. Flavor the wings with the salt, the black pepper, the red pepper and the savory. Pour the beer and add the sesame oil and the water. Wrap the pan with a kitchen foil and roast the wings for 25-30 minutes at 200°С/390°F. Then remove the foil and roast the wings for another 15 minutes until they become crispy.
